How did Rukia, who got owned by just a hollow suddenly become strong enough to take on arrancar?

I think its because she didn't use all of her powers when she fought the Hollow and released her Shikai when she fought the Arrancar. good picture by the way! ;D

looks nice. high level rendering, good usage of glow on the ribbon. as to the question of rukia being owned: its just how the manga is. they lose once, then get an insane power boost. not to mention that when in the real world the first time her gigai was crap

I don't watch Bleach, but I know of it. Seeing them pop into reality so well is amazing! =D awesome!
